Never went to any of

Never went to any of them,

I don't have dental insurance, so I pay cash

I have been going to Dr. Stephen Davis on Richmond and Ann streets for about 10 years'

He is awesome and Cheap

Also, you never wait an hour for him to see you, if your appointment is at 3pm then you are being seated in the back at 3:05 pm

I just want to recommend Dr. Cumani. She is wonderful. I had two great root canals done in Nov. Beautiful staff over there behind the mall.

I am now without dental insurance (or any insurance for that matter) too.

just curious, how much does a regular cleaning cost when paying cash?

Unfortunately, I already

Unfortunately, I already paid for this "insurance", so I am stuck trying to find someone to take it so that I can get my money's worth.

I'm going to try and schedule an appointment with Dr. Finkelstein once my PCD (primary care dentist) updates...

He charges me $65 for a cleaning,

The last time I went to him, (Sept) I had to have a tooth repaired, a filling fell out a few months prior and I kept putting it off and off and because of my putting it off, the tooth rotted some more' piece broke off and Dr. Davis, xrayed, cleaned out the cavity, and filled and a little bonding. for $85 and it took a little less then 1/2 hr. and I could eat or drink right afterwards (that blue light is amazing) I can rmember the last time I got a filling I was probably 20 yrs old and it was horrible, times have changed =)

I was without dental for a long time, and some of my friends told me about North Eastern Dental:

http://www.dentalsave.com/

It's $85/year and you get a free exam, and 50 percent off cleanings and other treatments. It was well worth it for me, because I had a couple of cavities where I had been losing the fillings, and needed to get multiple treatments. It's worth investigating.

this is all good news I'm

this is all good news I'm hearing. $65 is not bad for something you only get done once a year anyway. I haven't been to the dentist in about 2-3 years and didn't have a cavity then. last time I got one filled must have been about 20 years ago and I remember what a terrible experience it was.....on the other hand, this is all reminding me of that David youtube video.

anyway, thanks for the link Lisa. I'll look into it. I actually read that link as "dentist slave" at first. me thinks I watch too many horror movies.

No, fishtown.us is really just a figment of your imagination. The reality is you're back on Earth in a Rekall Facility enjoying a vacation of the mind.

Eventually people will wake up and go back to real life. Some of us never make it out though. We just keep reliving the same arguments over and over. But at least the NoYo babes are still around. :dontknow:

I heard good things about Valdez ... a local and distant relative

I can NOT say good things about her

... as the gate keepers were rude and incompetent and I could not get in

I tried over a three day period during a time when I was having great pain and discomfort.
