I just had my future

I just had my future fishtown home inspected by Tim Stewart 215 416-0421 through US Inspect. He came highly recommended by my Realtor and I was very impressed. He was very knowledgeable and and helpful answering any questions I pestered him with.

Cool...Thanks a lot,

Cool...Thanks a lot, everyone.

My kitchen has dropped / settled about 1/4", which seems to be way too much based on what I've read about it.

Hey--you want a structural engineer. Call Dan Banks and it's going to cost you $500 but he's the man...(610)649-7479. Universally respected in the real estate world as The Man.

You own the home already? If so, you don't want a home inspector, you want a GC or structural engineer.

One side of a room being 1/4" lower than the other in our old homes is nothing. Did you just have it redone and it dropped in a month? That's different. Also, how did you come to notice a 1/4" difference?
