The street sales seem to be shifting from one location to another.
The number of people with problems seems rather steady.

I tihnk its about the same too. The only thing I am noticing is there are more drug deals going on around CEDAR AND CUMBERLAND AGAIN. I was out there yesterday yelling at a woman. :naka:

I would say since the bar has been shut down, the drug problem in my immediate area is better.
