While I'm against Sugarhouse

While I'm against Sugarhouse in our neighborhood, the one thing I see as a positive is the formation of a Special Services District that extends all the way up to Lehigh Avenue.

I agree with Dan. As long as

I agree with Dan. As long as they hire from the city and not bring in out-of-towners as they did in Atlantic City, it will be a big boost for Philly. I understand the taxes will go to lower city wage taxes. I would prefer it to go to lower real estate taxes as in the rest of PA.

How many jobs is it

How many jobs is it projected to bring in? Where could I find the stats on the breakdown of the jobs (entry, managerial, pay ranges, etc) expected?

Jobs are always good...but I also strongly believe in the right kinds of jobs. The ones where individuals have a chance to learn and grow.

Exactly what Jobber listed but would also add job with building the casino as well as the jobs the casino will bring once it is built
