Hey!!!

Fresh spinach...wild mushrooms...creamy ricotta...home-made tomato sauce studded with garlic and a dash of nutmeg...a thin layer of bechamel amid all the oozing grated parmagiano and mozzarella and pasta. Last 10 minutes uncovered in the oven to bring it all to a golden crust on top. Oh, my lasagna KICKS BUTT.

Besides, TV dinners aren't nearly what they once were...

Well, um I didn't get a piece!

But my Thanksgiving was Great, I cooked at my BFF's (George)house, his house is like the kind on "Cribs'" a lit fireplace in Everyroom (Yesterday it was so nice out I was sweating though) and his Mom made me Spanakopita (Greek Spinach Pie) and it was to die for!

I got my Johnny Eagles Tickets' and he had fun at the Game they had a firework show!

It was a really great day!

Hope Everyone Else had a Blast..........

especially if you had powdered sugar to sprinkle on it afterwards

if not, you might want to substitute some Krispy Kremes for the Amoroso's roll -
but it wouldn't be the same
